2. Our system also checks your list for any addresses that may have changed, using the NCOA^Link (National Change of Address) database maintained by the US Postal Service, and fixes them.
3. Our system prepares all the paperwork you will need at the post office when you take them your mailing job.
4. We provide instructions that are clear and easy to understand, so that you can take your mail to the post office with complete confidence.
5. We create a PDF document that contains your mailing tray tags, complete with bar codes, so that you'll know how to stack and label your trays.
6. As part of the paperwork above, we tell you exactly how much your postage will be.
7. All of this work is done lightning fast -- usually in minutes from the time you submit your mail file for processing.
8. An email is sent to you when your mailing list is complete, so you know when you can download it.
9. You download your mailing info, print the post office paperwork, print the tray tags, and print the mailing labels (or right on the piece, dependant upon your equipment).
10. Affix the tray tags to your mailing trays (free from the post office).
11. Put your mail into the trays and take it to the post office.

There is no need for you to drop ship your entire mailing to another location, where they perform post office labor before taking it to the post office to ship again.

You provide us with your mailing list, we then process this information, and return to you a complete set of postal paperwork, along with complete instructions on how to prepare your mail for the USPS, within minutes of your submission. You will receive reports on your list, instructions on how to prepare the mail, printable tray tags, and all required documentation that allows you to claim every last postal discount you can qualify for. All you need to have is a valid bulk mail or first class permit at the USPS, and you must meet the USPS minimum requirement for the type of mail you are presenting (200 pieces for standard mail and 500 pieces for first class).
